NaroEscape Motorsports is pleased to
announce it's continuing relationship with
Continental
Tire through the 2007 season and into 2008. The
relationship between Continental and NaroEscape Motorsports can be
traced to the support given to NaroEscape's owner/driver Bob Saville's
original Targa entry as a navigator to Fast Trac Racing, owned by Casey
Holzman. Continental Tire, based in Charlotte, NC, is also a strong
supporter of the Carolinas Region Porsche Club of America.
The #414 Porsche 914-6 driven in Targa
Newfoundland will be running Continental SportContact 2 tires, in 225/50
16 size, mounted on 16 x 8 wheels on all four corners. In 2006, this set
up provided outstanding traction and control for the team in both dry
and wet conditions, especially during Hurricane Florence, which provided
some interesting challenges during day 3 of the competition.
